Have an  HOTTUNA Stick boat rod already, so knew what to expect. Was not disappointed.
An extremely sturdy and capable rod. Quite striking looking colour scheme too. Plenty has been written already about this virtually unbreakable rod which represents excellent value for money, so all I will say is believe it! Has a nice action and can cast my most commonly used lures a good distance. I use mine with lures typically in the 20-30 gram category, with an elderly Mitchell fixed spool loaded with 10lb mono line and have caught Bass, Mackerel and Pollack from both boats and whilst coastal rock fishing.
My only criticism - it comes without a bag. For a few $’s more, this would be a worthwhile addition.
