Went out fly fishing with a bobber to give the reel a break in and test its performance and overall went excellently. Cast a 5g bubble on a 10lb braid very well, with no bird nesting on the correct settings, smooth retrieve, and gets some good distance, easily casts 30-40 feet with no trouble on my 7ft light spin rod.
